Hermetic and protective steel doors for enclosures

The door is designed for use in shelters, bunkers, warehouses and as an emergency exit to technical rooms for protection against shock waves and fire. The door can withstand a blast wave load of 0.1 kgf/cm.sq.
The total thickness of the door is 71 mm, the protective layer is filled with fire-resistant filling. Tight closing is achieved by four mechanical levers which press the door against the frame and expand the rubber seal. In addition, thermal tape is glued around the perimeter of the door to seal the door in the event of a fire.
The door is reversible, meaning it can be installed on either the left or right side. The size of the door passage in light is 900 mm x 2000 mm.

Bulletproof security door

The doors are designed for use in banks and depositories, cash offices, pawn shops and other financial institutions, as well as in office and residential areas where access needs to be restricted and controlled.
The door is certified according to DSTU 4547:2006 for resistance class OZK 2 “BO” ( without glass ). The bulletproof door provides protection against weapons: calibre 7,62 mm
The clear dimension is 900 mm x 2000 mm. The door frame is a 3 mm thick bent profile. The thickness of the protective layer is 52 mm. This model is equipped with a KALE lock using armour protection.
The bullet-proof door can be manufactured in the following versions: with bullet-proof glass, with armoured peephole, with a folding tray (module) for money, with a lift-type collection gate.

Doors to shelters, secret rooms and safes

The panic room door is designed so that in the event of danger they can hide and lock themselves inside.
The main feature of the panic room door is the 2 independent barrier systems. Once one is closed inside, the outside barrier system is blocked and the door cannot be opened from the outside.

Panic doors are manufactured on the basis of class V safe doors according to DSTU EN 1143 – 1: 2019
It is recommended to equip the door with only 1 lock (preferably electronic or fingerprint) for faster access to the inside in case of danger.

The storage door class 2 VD.II.E.GATOR is equipped with two Wittkopp Gator electronic locks for external and internal door closing. The possibility of emergency opening with the key of the external lock has been implemented.
